NATIONAL SHIPMENT
We have hand selected several dessert items that may be mailed within the continental United States via UPS. Please visit our online eGifts for gift options.
We take great care in the packaging of our product to insure that quality and freshness is maintained. All gift items are hand packaged on site and are sent via UPS.
When placing an order for mail or courier delivery - PLEASE notify the recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item.
Unless otherwise requested, packages will be left at their destination whether or not someone is available to receive the package. Pistacia Vera cannot be responsible for items left unattended, stolen, or damaged - particularly in warm or inclement weather.
We do NOT ship to International, PO Box or Military Addresses at this time.
ORDERS
To guarantee the freshness quality of your gifts, all orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Orders received AFTER 3 pm on Wednesday (including orders placed on Thursday, Friday,Saturday and Sunday) will be sent the following Monday unless overnight shipment is requested.
Please note that holidays may affect our shipment dates as well.

To ensure freshness, we require that all items be delivered within 2 days. Shipping rates are determined by the size of the order and the destination of the shipment. Without special request, UPS does not deliver on weekends and national holidays.

Any and all of our dessert items may be delivered within the Columbus metropolitan area.
Advance notice is appreciated; however, we will do our best to accommodate same-day delivery requests.
AVAILABLE MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
We have partnered with a courier service for all local residential or office deliveries; available
Monday through Saturday. All couriers are uniformed, non-smoking employees.
